PRODUCTION PLAN MANAGEMENT METHOD AND ITS SYSTEM

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production plan management method and its system capable of predicting daily demand tendency for each product item number without depending on the prediction skill of a plan creator, and executing the optimal daily production plan creation linked with the demand tendency. PSOLUTION: This arithmetic unit 2 is provided with a model curve preparing means 20 for creating a predetermined model curve indicating product sales transaction based on daily sales result data in a predetermined period, a fluctuation evaluation index creation means 21 for creating a predetermined fluctuation evaluation index from the fluctuation of the daily sales results per month corresponding to the created model curve, a model curve reliability evaluating means for calculating the reliability management index of the model curve based on the created fluctuation evaluation index, and a production plan automatic correcting means 23 for deciding the validity/invalidity of the correction of a production plan created based on the model curve by comparing the sales prediction based on the created model curve with the sales results.
