PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charcoal kindling and burning table structure using Oya ishi stone for forming a charcoal kindling and burning table, using charcoal fires as a heating source, utilizing the adsorbing and deodorizing effects of the Oya ishi stone for removing ill odors specific to food materials from combustion gas and allowing food materials to be baked up with delicious tastes.;SOLUTION: The charcoal kindling and burning table structure comprises the required size of Oya ishi stone of laterally elongated and rectangular solid contour forming a body 1 of the charcoal kindling and burning table and a heating chamber 7 of planarly rectangular contour engraved via a placement stand 6 formed in a range from the upper face peripheral edge of an upper half 1a of the body 1 to the inside and having a required width. The structure of the charcoal kindling and burning table has a chimney 4 in a flue 8 passing between the heating chamber 7 and a longitudinal placement face 6 of the upper half 1a and communicating with outside air, an air hole 9 formed in a longitudinal side wall 1a' of the upper half 1a opposed to the flue 8 for allowing the flow of outside air into the heating chamber 7, and a burner 10 provided in a longitudinal one side wall 1a'' of the upper half 1a in an air quantity adjustable manner.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
