PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely and automatically prepare a sales forecast of merchandise for each person in charge of sales by integrating data for a plurality of departments.;SOLUTION: A database device 40 stores sales results information 21 and master information 22 from a sales management system 100, and budget work out information from the terminal 20 of a sales department manager and the terminals 30 of whole company managers in a sales results/master database 410, and transmits distribution data 16 for each person in charge of sales through a network 50 to a terminal 10 of a person in charge of sales. The terminal 10 prepares planning original data 11 from the distribution data 16, and prepares sales forecast information 12 including the sales forecast quantities of merchandise and sales planning information 13 including the sales planning quantities of merchandise, and transmits it to the database device 40.
