PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management improvement support system and a management improvement support method allowing efficient selection of an effective solution technique in consulting about a management problem composed of complicated elements and usable by an enterprise that is a client to permit autonomous improvement in management.;SOLUTION: This management improvement support system 100 includes an improvement method selection system 110 for selecting a specific improvement method corresponding to the management problem, and an improvement effect determining system 120 for determining the effect of the improvement method for the selection of the improvement method of high effect. A second improvement method selection system 210 and a second improvement effect determining system 220 may be included.
