PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device to support the preparation of a summary using a tree indication without causing the user to be conscious too much of the summary being prepared.;SOLUTION: A plurality of messages in the referred-referring relationship are registered, and the referred-referring relation of the messages is analyzed, and the messages are displayed using a tree view including a plurality of nodes on the basis of the indicated condition data of indication/non-indication registered about each of the nodes concerning the messages, and the condition of indication/non-indication of each node in the tree view is changed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
