PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a system suitable for mobile communication and capable of preventing surely spoofing and mistake. PSOLUTION: An on-vehicle equipment 10 transmits reservation information including article specifying information and collation information (mobile body position information and time information) to a store server 20 before a vehicle 1 arrives at a store 2, the store server 20 stores the collation information (mobile body position information and time information) included in the reservation information, the on-vehicle equipment 10 transmits the collation information (mobile body position information and time information) included in the reservation information, to the store server 20, when the vehicle 1 arrives at an article transfer site 3, and the collation information transmitted from the on-vehicle equipment 10 is compared with the stored collation information in the store server 20 to judge the consistency between the both.
