PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a continuous footing is bound and fixed to the wood section of a floor frame member and the wood section or the wood section of a roof frame member and the wood section or the wood section of the foor framing member or a wall surface member in a reinforcing metal material and its installation construction method used as a conventional building collapse preventive auxiliary structure, the execution of work is difficult and the effect of the construction method is insufficient in comparison with cost expense because a number of the construction works are carried out by entering an attic or an underfloor section, and strength as a skeleton structure is insufficient because binding and fixing between a building and the ground is not considered.;SOLUTION: The building collapse preventive auxiliary structure is constituted so that the vertical surface of an L-shaped metal fitting is fixed to a column (a wall surface section) for the building, a sill and the continuous footing by using clamping tools such as screws and a peripheral foundation for fixing the horizontal plane (a base) of the metal fitting on the periphery of the building is installed on the metal fitting and the horizontal plane (the base) of the metal fitting is clamped and fixed by a clamping tool such as a screw or a fixture such as an anchor bolt.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
