PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform accurate time management of a mobile station even in a system without a time-of-day unit like a GPS receiver, in a mobile communication system composed of a mobile station management center device and a plurality of mobile station devices.;SOLUTION: The mobile station device 3 clocks time elapsed after setting operation is detected, and transmits the time as mobile station management time together with mobile station status information to the mobile station management center device 1. In addition, if the power source of the mobile station device 3 is turned from off to on, a predetermined value is set for the mobile station management time, which is transmitted to the mobile station management center device 1. The mobile station management center device 1 compares the mobile station management time with center device management time, if the mobile station management time is equal to or more than the center device management time and if the mobile station management time is not the predetermined value, replaces the center device management time with the mobile station management time and makes it to be displayed on a display, and if the mobile station management time is less than the center device management time, or if the mobile station management time is the predetermined value, makes the center device management time to be displayed on the display.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
