PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information distributing device, a facility equipment monitoring system and an information distributing program for distributing monitor information for appropriately receiving distribution destination regardless of an electronic mail address set as the distribution destination.;SOLUTION: A server computer 50 is configured as a device for distributing the monitor information of air conditioning facilities 41 and 42 through an electronic mail, and equipped with an information setting routine 53a and an information distributing routine 53c.
