PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the security of an information processor connected to a network.;SOLUTION: This method comprises steps of referring to a pass database registering identification information of an information processor determined to satisfy a security reference to assign a temporary network address to an information processor identification information of which is not registered in the pass database; transmitting security information showing the security state of the information processor by the temporarily network address; registering, when the transmitted security information satisfies the content of a security reference database showing the security reference of the information processor to be connected to the network, the identification information of the information processor concerned to the pass database; and assigning a formal network address to the information processor the identification information of which is registered in the pass database.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
