PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the required amount of sealed refrigerant by preventing refrigerant from simultaneously flowing into all evaporators and to reduce the probability of explosion even when the refrigerant leaks in a refrigerating device having a plurality of evaporators and using flammable gas as refrigerant.;SOLUTION: A plurality of combinations made by combining the evaporators 13, 14, 15 and selector valves 19, 20, 21 in series are arranged in parallel, and a compressor 6, a condenser 11 and a pressure reducer 12 are annularly connected. This device comprises a control part 25 for controlling opening/closing of the selector valves 19, 20, 21 and operation of the compressor 6. Flammable gas is used as refrigerant. The amount of sealed refrigerant can be reduced by preventing the refrigerant from simultaneously flowing into the evaporators 13, 14, 15 by means of opening/closing of the selector valves 19, 20, 21.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
