PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a floor buried article under a steel plate concrete floor without enlarging the joist size of the steel plate concrete even if the distance between facing walls is large in a nuclear power plant building. PSOLUTION: The steel plate concrete floor 12 is supported by a steel beam 13, and the steel beam 13 is burdened with placing pressure required for the joist 4, to thereby lower the height of the joist 4, and to secure a setting space for the floor buried article.
