PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing modified ethylene/vinylcyclohexane copolymer resin and a modified ethylene-vinylcyclohexane copolymer resin.;SOLUTION: The modified ethylene-vinylcyclohexane copolymer resin is produced by blending 0.1-20 pts.wt.(B) and 0.01-20 pts.wt.(C) to undermentioned (A) of 100 pts.wt. and by melt kneading of them using an extruder. The (A) is an ethylene-vinylcyclohexane copolymer resin, the (B) is a compound having in an identical molecule at least one sort of an unsaturated group(i), i.e. carbon-carbon double bond or carbon-carbon triple bond together with at least one sort of a polar group(ii) or a compound having in the identical molecule an (OR) group(iii) together with at least two identical or different functional groups(iv) selected from among a carboxylic acid, acid halide, acid anhydride, acid halide anhydride, acid ester, imide, amino and their salts and the (C) is an organic peroxide.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
