The container forming body consists of the integrally forming in advance the connection part fastening a plurality of container bodies to the respective container bodies. It is made to carry out a filling process of a vibration damping material, an adherence process of a cover forming body, various inspection processes and a discharge process. Mass productivity of a damper is improved therefore. If it passes through a series of manufacturing processes, a damper compound forming body integrally having a plurality of dampers is obtained.
