PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal combustion engine for heightening torque and an output in each rotating speed area of an internal combustion engine and considering environments such as energy-saving and clean exhaust gas by securing an optimum air-fuel ratio, by heightening the flow rate of exhaust gas flown to a turbine blade of an exhaust turbine chamber communicated with inside of a cylinder of the internal combustion engine by means of an exhaust pipe for quickly rotating the turbine blade at a high speed and rotating a compressor impeller fixed to the other end on the same shaft, and supercharging a large amount of air in the cylinder of the internal combustion engine.;SOLUTION: In this structure, an annular nozzle tube 10 with each induction blade 8 and each induction blade 9 is installed at a position facing to an annular flow inlet of a turbine blade 4. The annular nozzle tube 10 is constituted with a nozzle part 11 for low and intermediate speed rotation, and a nozzle part 12 for high speed rotation, and is movable in a direction of a turbine shaft 3.
