PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus which corrects the posture and enables an enhancement in the physical constitution including mental stabilization and stress relief by training totally the brain, the athletic ability, and a strength enhancement in various muscles of the body.;SOLUTION: This apparatus comprises constituting parts of a trestle 10, a free board 12, a free trestle 14, a ball body 30 and a tread 16, two or more bearings 18 and 20 mounted on the upper and lower sides of the free board 12, and upper and lower guide rods 22 and 24. The free board 12 is fixed between the trestle 10 and the free trestle 14. On the upper and lower sides of the free board 12, the two or more bearings 18 and 20 can be mounted. The free trestle 14 is designed to move along the upper and lower guide rods 22 and 24 with the freedom of 360°. In this way, the free trestle 14 is moved with a small centroid movements, one can correct the posture and stabilize the mentation.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
