PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform planned breeding of seaweed without destroying the environment of seaweed bed. PSOLUTION: The artificial breeding implement for seaweed is produced by fixing one or more ceramic adhesion bed plates and an adhesion promoting substrate composed of a spacer part and a connection/insertion part. Seed of seaweed is attached to the implement in a water tank or in the sea and immediately or after a proper intermediate growing period, the seed is inserted and bonded to a hole bored on the seaweed bed base in the sea.
