PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously discriminate many objects taken in a video image, and edit images for respective objects.;SOLUTION: A receiver 3 receives a signal originated by a radio tag 2 given to a special photographing object, sends it to a receiving and recording part 11 of a editing computer device 1, and the receiving and recording part 11 records an identification signal of the radio tag 2 included in the originated signal corresponding to the time. A camera 4 photographs an area in which the receiver 3 can receive the originated signal, and a video image management part 14 stores the image which the camera 4 photographed in a video image storing part 18. A video image editing part 17 uses the identification signal and the time of the radio tag 2 recorded in the receiving and recording part 11, and selects and edits video images stored in the video image storing part 18 for the special photographing object.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
