PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bed, or the like, with a function of inducing sleep with high efficiency of sleep inducement.;SOLUTION: A continuous micro-vibrator 3 to generate continuous micro-vibration (as vibration of a running tram) and an intermittent single shot vibrator 4 to generate single shot vibration repeated in almost constant frequency (for instance, as intermittent vibration generated at rail connections) are equipped on, for instance, a vibration board 2 equipped on a bed 1. The continuous micro-vibration compounds with the intermittent shingle shot vibration to act on the lying human body.
