PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure firm security at a low cost, in which a character sentence is encrypted by software, and in which the ordinary sentence can be reconstituted by decoding and analyzing the encrypted character sentence.;SOLUTION: The encrypting is performed by changing the character code and the arrangement of the characters of the text sentence, and the decoding into the plain sentence is performed by reconstituting the character code and the arrangement of the characters.
