PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily solve a problem by utilizing the knowledge of a measurement system maker, etc., when the user of the measurement apparatus has become impossible to measure an object to be measured.;SOLUTION: In case that the measurement does not work out nicely, the user clicks "help" in the menu bar, then items "causes of difficulty in measurement" appears in a pull down menu. If any one of the items is clicked, a measurement soft ware starts, and data during the difficulty of measurement are collected by Wizard system.
