PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stereoscopic/variable printing method wherein a lenticular lens layer is formed on the surface side by silk screen printing and a pattern is printed on the rear side by offset printing or the silk screen printing, and a stereoscopic/variable printed matter.;SOLUTION: In regard to a manufacturing method of the stereoscopic/variable printed matter and the stereoscopic/variable printed matter, a regularly indented pattern is formed, as the lenticular lens layer, in a pitch size of 30-150 line/inch on the surface of a transparent sheet material by the silk screen printing method so that a concave part may have a smooth portion of 0.1-10 μm width. On the occasion, the maximum thickness (b) of ink to the thickness (a) of the sheet is made to be 1.0a+10×b3.5. The pattern is printed on the rear side by offset multicolor printing or the silk screen printing based on plate making for which a color original copy for a stereoscopic/variable image is subjected to image decomposition with a resolution of 230 line/inch or below in conformity with the lens pitch.
