PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless communication system wherein determination of operating parameter of each radio base station for realizing desirable assignment of radio channels can be facilitated, and quick retrieval is enabled when fault occurs on a part of the radio base stations on a network.;SOLUTION: An administrative server 20 is connected to a plurality of radio base stations 10 and provided with a setting information transmitting function for transmitting setting information to each of the radio base stations 10 which information is determined corresponding to connection form of a wireless network. The setting information contains at least a network address of each of the radio base stations, a manager authentication word required in order to access a management system of each of the radio base stations, an attending network authentication word of each of the radio base stations, a radio packet cryptographic key, a wireless channel which each of the radio base stations uses for connection to another radio base stations, and a wireless channel which each of the radio base stations uses for connection to a wireless terminal in a jurisdiction area.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
