摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in conventional heating devices which wastefully radiate and scatter electromagnetic waves from the heaters and deteriorate their heat efficiency and provide a trouble of cleaning when droplets of an object to be heated soil the heaters.;SOLUTION: The heating device is designed so that the heaters are surrounded by an elliptically shaped reflecting plate of high reflectance such as an ellipsoid of revolution or an elliptic cylinder. The heaters are placed on the plane which includes all focuses of ellipse and mutual distance is shorter than the distance between focuses of the ellipse so that electromagnetic waves radiated from the heaters are dispersed by the reflecting plate in the plane surrounded by the heaters to heat both sides of the plane at the same time.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
