NATURAL RUBBER/STYRENE-BUTADIENE RUBBER-BASED COMPOSITION, AND RUBBER CONVEYER BELT USING THE SAME

摘要

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition similar to an NR/SBR-based rubber composition using NR-based reclaim in terms of processability and physical property values by recycling wastes of CR-based vulcanized rubber products mainly composed of a chloroprene-based vulcanized rubber, and to provide a rubber product using the same. PSOLUTION: Vulcanized rubber products mainly composed of a chloroprene-based vulcanized rubber is pulverized into a powder with an average grain diameter of 1 mm, and the powder is added to a compounded rubber mainly composed of an unvulcanized natural rubber and a styrene-butadiene rubber, to occupy 1 wt.% but 20 wt.% therein, for kneading in an internal kneader. The resultant product is comparable to an NR/SBR-based rubber composition using NR-based reclaim in terms of processability and physical property values. PCOPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
