PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear motion guide bearing device capable of securing precision required to satisfy a function as a bearing in case of molding raceway grooves of a guide rail and a slider by rolling work and furnished with load capacity endurable for practical application.;SOLUTION: Groove depth Dg is made more than 0.26 and less than 0.45 at a ball diametrical ratio (Dg/Dw) which is a value dividing the groove depth Dg by a diameter Dw of a rolling element in case of specifying the groove depth of the raceway groove molded by the rolling work as Dg and the diameter of the rolling element as Dw by molding the raceway groove 3 of a guide rail 1 by the rolling work.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
