PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring device with almost no possibility of erroneous determination which can improve the operating rate of a molding device or the like, and moreover, can determine at high speed, a method for correcting deviations using the same, and a monitoring method using the deviation correction method.;SOLUTION: The mold monitoring device monitors the presence or the absence and molding defects of a molded article 7 in a mold 4 on the movable side after molding. Additionings of horizontal and vertical lines are performed at an X-axis addition part 20 and a Y-axis addition part 21 among monitoring images photographed by a second monitoring camera 13 by synchronizing with a capture of a real image. Additionings in the X/Y-axis directions are performed at the X-axis/Y-axis addition parts 20, 21 by synchronizing with the capture of the real image.
