DESIGN SUPPORT MANAGEMENT METHOD, DESIGN SUPPORT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, AND PROGRAM FOR DESIGN SUPPORT MANAGEMENT

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a design support management system capable of forming a further flexible design support program by a combination of a number of elements. PSOLUTION: This system comprises an engineering database 20 storing table format data 200 for outputting technical information necessary for a plant design as output data according to input of input data and a function type subroutine 210 as elements, in which at least two elements satisfying the relation between the input data and the output data are selected from the elements, and the combination of the selected elements is formed as the design support program. This system further comprises a design support management tool 10 having a technical information management table 110 storing respective names of corresponding elements in conformation to the unique numbers of input data and output data of the respective elements, and a means for retrieving the technical information management table by use of the unique number of input data and the unique number of output data and outputting the name of the corresponding element. Accordingly, selection of an element satisfying the relation between input data and output data can be given by input of the unique number of input data and the unique number of output data.
