PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and effective synthetic method for an N,N'-diaryl quinacridone compound.;SOLUTION: This synthetic method for the N,N'-diaryl quinacridone compound comprises a step for forming the N,N'-diaryl quinacridone compound by carrying out a reaction of an N,N'-unsubstituted quinacridone compound with a haloaryl compound in the presence of a metal or a metal compound.
