PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous solution of a dispersed polymer compound/plate-like hydroxyapatite composite with an excellent dispersion stability, where a transparent film having excellent molding properties is prepared by dispersing flat particles of hydroxyapatite of nanometric scale stably in an aqueous polymer without causing agglomeration or separation, which is difficult to prepare by conventional methods, and also to provide its manufacturing method and application.;SOLUTION: The aqueous solution containing uniformly dispersed polymer compounds, flat micro particles of 500nm, without agglomeration is prepared by steps of at first suspending a reaction system of a calcium compound and phosphoric acid (salt) at pH 7 or less for a short time and successively continuing the reaction at pH 7 or more.
