CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR PRECAST CONCRETE RING IN PILE HEAD PART

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of members and construction man-hour when a pile head part and a foundation of an upper part structure are mutually joined into a horizontal displacement restraining state while allowing relative rotary displacement between both of them.;SOLUTION: A precast concrete ring 3 manufactured in advance to have a level setting member 4 for setting an installation level for a pile head level around a pile 1 head part and a fixing bar 51 for fixing onto the foundation 2 protruded from an upper end face is installed in a circumscribing state with the pile 1 head part. After arranging an insulation material 8 shrinkable by compression force on an outer peripheral face of the precast concrete ring 3, leveling concrete 7 is placed up to a level below an upper end of the insulation material 8 around the precast concrete ring 3, and the precast concrete ring 3 is fixed around the pile 1 head part while the outer peripheral face of the precast concrete ring 3 is insulated from the leveling concrete 7.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
