PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a static electricity removing device for preventing adverse affect on the characteristic of materials for a shoe sole, such as durability and elasticity, and also eliminating the deterioration of a static eliminating function which occurs by contaminating the exposure surface of conductive fibers, and also to provide a static electricity removal shoe sole.;SOLUTION: The static electricity removing device (4) for the shoe sole includes a board (1) where a means for attachment to the ground surface (70) of the shoe sole (7) is arranged on the inner surface (13), and a static electricity removing sheet (2) with corona discharge as a neutralizing means. Recessions (11) whose depth is larger than the thickness (t) of the static electricity removing sheet are formed on the ground surface (10) of the board (1), and also the static electricity removing sheet (2) is attached onto the bottom surfaces (12) of the recessions (11) via a fixing means. Consequently, each step which is obtained by allowing the outer surface (20) of the static electricity removing sheet (2) is recessed to be lower than the ground surface (10) of the board (1) is formed in the device (4).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
