PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simply, easily and quantitatively analyzing a trace specific material in an environment which simply, easily, sensitively and quantitatively analyzes a trace quantity of the specific material included in the environment.;SOLUTION: A sample, such as soil, a bottom material, ash, and waste water is collected. The collected sample is dissolved by a liquid adjusted to a predetermined pH and a specimen liquid 6 is created. The specimen liquid 6 is filtered by using a functional filter 3.
