PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a honeycomb core material and a sound insulation panel which have superior nonflammability, fire resistance, and heat insulation, which also have superior sound insulating performance from a low register to a high register and which are suitable for a door, a partition panel, etc.;SOLUTION: A honeycomb body is filled with a porous foamed body to at least ≥20% of cell volume. The porous foamed body is characterised by including phosphoric acids, a curing agent for phosphoric acids, an urethane cured body obtained from an urethane polymer having an NCO group, and cement, and the cement is incorporated into the porous foamed body by 25 to 60 mass %.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
