PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of a roll mark by applying a swing mechanism to right and left upper rolls, which can press a flange surface to be straightened while keeping rotating circumferential surfaces of the right and left upper rolls constantly in a parallel state to the flange surface. ;SOLUTION: Bearing boards to support one end of rotational shaft of each right and left upper roll 2 are prepared respectively. Shaft pins parallel to an inserting direction of a work a to be straightened are attached respectively to head ends of supporting frames 22 for each right and left upper roll. Each bearing board supporting upper roll 2 rotatively is attached to the head end of each upper roll supporting frame via the shaft pin so that each bearing board can rotate around an axis of each shaft pin.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
