PURPOSE: To provide a cylindrical offset printing plate which can be effectively fixed to a plate cylinder without printing misregistration, the cylinder of an offset printer mounted with the plate, the printer using the plate, and a method for manufacturing the plate. ;CONSTITUTION: The offset printer comprises a substantially hollow cylindrical member 2 formed with female threads 25 on the inner surface of a tapered wall 20, a printing plate 1 having a print layer formed on the outer surface of the member 2 made of an ink lyophilic layer and an ink repellent layer, and a plate cylinder having male threads 43 engaged with the threads 25 on the outer surface of a tapered truncated conical member 40 and having a collar 44 of a larger diameter than the large-diameter part 42 of the member 40.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
