PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Karaoke music selection remote controller which allows a user to perform management of musical program information and music selection on the basis of his or her arbitrary classification principle.;SOLUTION: In the Karaoke music selection remote controller which preserves individual musical program lists in a non-volatile memory and displays an individual musical program list in accordance with user's input to prompt the user to select musical pieces, a classification category column for privately classifying musical pieces in accordance with individual feelings to musical pieces is set in the individual musical program list, and a means for recording user's input information in the individual feeling classification category and a means for retrieving a individual musical program list on the basis of the individual feeling classification category are provided, and a collection of musical pieces extracted by this retrieval is displayed to prompt the user to select musical pieces.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
