PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and efficient capturing/collecting method and an analytical method for the dioxins in gas. PSOLUTION: In quantitative analysis for the dioxins in a gas such as exhaust gas in a combustion facility using a method for eluting the dioxins and a method for analyzing quantitatively the eluted dioxins by a conventional method, the gas is passed through water dispersed with a carbonaceous adsorbent (graphite, carbon or carbon molecular sieve) to collect the dioxins in the adsorbent, the adsorbent collecting the dioxins is recovered to elute the dioxins from the adsorbent, using a solvent, and the eluted dioxins are quantitatively analyzed by the conventional method.
