METHOD OF PREPARING STANDARD FOR MEASURING CARBONATION RESISTANCE PERFORMANCE OF AUTOCLAVED LIGHTWEIGHT CONCRETE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of preparing a standard for comparison which is used for the measurement of carbonation resistance performance of an autoclaved lightweight concrete (ALC) and is less in fluctuation of that performance.;SOLUTION: This method comprises adding water to the raw material of ALC, kneading the mixture, casting the obtained slurry material in a formwork, steam-curing the resulting semi-cured body and preparing the comparison standard for measuring the carbonation resistance performance of ALC from the obtained cured body. The method is characterized in that the temperatures of the inside of a chamber at production, of water used for production and a casting temperature are all kept constant.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
