PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor blow air conditioning ventilation system capable of remarkably increasing air conditioning efficiency in air-conditioned rooms more than before. PSOLUTION: In this floor blow air conditioning ventilation system, blow air in an indoor unit is blown to the under-floor space 50 of a building, and the air blown into the under-floor space is blown into the air-conditioned rooms 6 to 9 through blowout ports. A base board member 15 installed in the air-conditioned room is formed in a double-wall structure having two walls on the indoor side and the wall side, the blowout port 18 is formed between an indoor side member 16 and a wall side member 17, and a wind direction change member 19 is installed on the base board 15 to lead the air blown through the blowout port 18 to the center sides of the air conditioned rooms 6 to 9.
