PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image rich in variation in regard to a photograph sticker vending machine, a photograph sticker printing process, a device and a method for producing photograph stickers, a printing medium and a program.;SOLUTION: An image photographed with a camera 13 is displayed on an image display part 14. A light pen and a touch pen are housed in a housing box 12, and a user chooses a photographing mode or a scribble mode by using the touch pen. Corresponding to the photographing mode, the user uses the light pen to photograph an image with moving light tracks or an image which leaves moving afterimages. Further, corresponding to the scribble mode, the user uses the light pen to carry out tracking or uses the touch pen to scribble on the image.
