QUALITY EVALUATING APPARATUS FOR GREENS AND FRUITS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quality evaluating apparatus for greens and fruits which is reduced in cost, though it is calibrated using a false measuring body having characteristics similar to the absorbing characteristics of light with a specific wavelength of an object to be measured.;SOLUTION: A false measuring body support part 32, which supports the false measuring body A having characteristics similar to the absorbing characteristics of light with a specific wavelength in a detachable manner, is provided in a place different from a place to be measured. A position altering and regulating means 29, which freely alters and regulates the positions of a floodlight projection part 1 and a light detection part 2 integrally, is provided in a state of changing over a usual measuring state, wherein the floodlight projection part 1 and the light detection part 2 are opposedly positioned on both sides of the place to be measured, and a calibration measuring state wherein the floodlight projection part 1 and the light detection part 2 are opposedly positioned on both sides of the false measuring body support part 32. An arithmetic processing part 3 corrects a quality evaluation value, when the quality of the object to be measured is evaluated, on the basis of the quality evaluation value of the false measuring body A.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
