PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Fe-Cr-Si base grain non-oriented magnetic steel sheet excellent in magnetic characteristics in a high frequency zone, especially in the frequency zone of ≥1 KHz by advantageously solving the problem that the high electric resistance to be obtained due to high Si and high Cr contentsas is not utilized sufficiently in the high frequency zone of ≤10 KHz.;SOLUTION: This steel sheet contains, by mass%, of 2.5-10% Si, 1.5-20% Cr, ≤0.006% C, ≤0.002% N, ≤0.005% S, ≤0.005% Ti and ≤0.005% Nb and if necessary, one or both of ≤0.005-1% Sb and 0.005-1% Sn and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities. The electric resistance of the steel is ≥60 μΩcm, and the existing rate of Cr base nitride in the inner part of the steel sheet is peculiarly ≤2,500 pieces per 1 mm2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
