The method of compiling the data stream in the DVD stream recorder includes, the step which identifies the logical section the step which receives the data stream with the DVD stream recorder the step which (1) and the stream object file sentence structure is analyzed on the basis of the result (2) and syntax analysis the step which indicates (3) and the logical section in the user (4) and the step which compiles the stream object file (5). It is possible to actualize this method in the DVD stream recorder. The user can compile the DVD real time image data which is received profitably.
