PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable even people unskilled and inexperienced in calling races to easily select advantageous betting tickets that can be expected to provide high dividends as racing bodies are unpopular for their high ability values.;SOLUTION: A CPU 71a calculates advantage data as the product of odds and an evaluation index for each horse which is the racing body, so that based on such advantage data, advantageous betting tickets that can be expected to provide high dividends as the racing bodies are unpopular for their prospects of winning based on their ability and other factors can be objectively determined. Further, because the CPU 71a or the like displays the advantage data for each horse number on an LCD 73, even people unskilled and inexperienced in calling races can easily and visually select and purchase such advantageous betting tickets.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
