PURPOSE: To obtain a medicine for extremely suppressing reduction in dilating strength after suture of alimentary canal. ;CONSTITUTION: This medicine which extremely prevents reduction in dilating strength after suture of alimentary canal comprises a compound of the formula or its salt and is effective for preventing transudation of contents in the intestine after suture especially of large intestine. The compound of the formula is a well-known compound, and is used for treating pancreatitis, anticoagulation of extracorporeal circulation and disseminated intravascular coagulation.
