PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete peeling-off preventive method and a concrete structure with a reinforcing layer for improving the working efficiency, shortening construction time, reducing cost and superior in long-term durability. PSOLUTION: A coating film layer composed of one or more layers of coating films including a resin coating film having tensile strength not less than 7 N/mmSP2/SPand tensile elongation not less than 300 % is formed on a concrete structure surface as a reinforcing layer, and prevents peeling-off of concrete from the concrete structure. A shock absorbing layer composed of a synthetic resin is formed on the concrete structure surface, and the resin coating film composed of the synthetic resin is formed on a shock absorbing layer surface, and the reinforcing layer including the shock absorbing layer and the resin coating film is formed on the concrete structure surface. The concrete structure surface and the reinforcing layer are joined via a primer, and cement and/or a silane coupling agent are added to the primer. PCOPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
