PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scheduled arrival time reporting system and reporting method for courtesy bus capable of enhancing the effective use of the whole operation system, and a storage medium storing a reporting program.;SOLUTION: When an operation diagram of a bus or the like is ahead or behind by a prescribed time or more, ahead/behind information is preliminarily reported to a user who is waiting at a bus stop by call or e-mail. Since the user might go to the bus stop on time without report, the possibility of idling or missing the bus can be avoided. In the operation of a courtesy bus of a kindergarten or the like, conventionally, the scheduled time often must be changed because of the crowded state of roads or the like, and when the scheduled time is changed, waste in time is caused in both the user and an operator if it is not reported to the user waiting at the bus stop.
