MOUSE HAVING SPONTANEOUS ATOPIC DERMATITIS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mouse having genes spontaneously developing atopic dermatitis.;SOLUTION: The mouse with atopic dermatitis having nad genes which are causative genes of the following characteristics having autosomal recessive hereditary characters in a heterogeneous or homogeneous state is provided. (1) Edema is recognized in the eyelid at 4-5 weekly age after birth and then, edema is recognized in the labial and the face and the eczema and epilation are recognized in the face, the neck, the fore limb bending part and the breast. (2) Thickening or peeling of the skin is recognized in the lesion skin of atopic dermatitis and degranulation phenomenon of mast cell is recognized.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
