PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inclination adjusting mechanism and an inclination adjusting method capable of performing highly precise inclination adjustment excellent in workability with leaf springs having small plane dimensions.;SOLUTION: In this mechanism, the first contact part 22a of a first leaf spring part 22 of a spring strip 21 having a narrow width in integrated leaf springs 18 is in contact with the under surface of a disk motor base 30 and the reaction force of the first leaf spring part 22 acts on the disk motor base 30. At the same time, the second contact part 24a of a second leaf spring part 24 is in contact with the surface of a mechanism chassis base 10 and the reaction force of the second leaf spring part 24 acts on the mechanism chassis base 10. Then, the reaction force of the spring strip 21 having narrow width serves as the sum of the reaction force of the first leaf spring part 22 and the reaction force of the second leaf spring part 24.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
